This privacy notice, provided under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), explains how we process the personal data you send us through the contact form on the yasmakhotelcollection.com website. Information on general use of the website is set out in our Privacy Policy.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
- Form data: name and surname, email address, subject and your message.
- Consent data: your choices in the consent boxes on the form and, to demonstrate those choices, the consent ID, the page from which the form was sent, the date and time of submission, the current text version, your IP address with its last segment masked, and your browser information.
- Security data: your IP address and browser and device information, for security verification.
Please do not include health information, allergies or other sensitive personal data in the message field unless it is necessary for your request. If such information is needed to provide a service safely, it will be handled under the applicable legal conditions. If you make a request on behalf of other people, please share only the information necessary for the request and inform them about this notice.
3. Purposes of processing
- To receive, assess and answer your request and, where necessary, forward it to the relevant hotel or restaurant;
- To send you an automatic email confirming that your request has been received and, where needed, to get back to you by telephone, email or WhatsApp;
- To protect the form against automated submissions, spam and misuse;
- To record and demonstrate your consent choices;
- To fulfil our legal obligations and protect our rights in the event of a dispute.
4. Legal grounds
We process form data on the following legal grounds under the KVKK: the necessity of processing for establishing or performing a contract (Article 5(2)(c)) to handle your request; our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5(2)(f)), to keep the form secure and prevent misuse; compliance with legal obligations, including demonstrating consent (Article 5(2)(ç)); and establishing, exercising or protecting a right (Article 5(2)(e)) in the event of a dispute.
Submitting the form does not mean that you consent to receiving commercial electronic messages. Such messages are sent only if you tick the optional box on the form, under our Communication and Marketing Consent.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you when you fill in and submit the form; technical data such as your IP address and browser information is collected automatically during security verification and consent recording.
6. Recipients and international transfers
- The contents of the form are sent by email to our team so that your request can be handled, and the automatic confirmation email sent to you is delivered the same way. Our email infrastructure runs on Google Workspace.
- Google reCAPTCHA is used to secure the form; for this purpose your IP address, browser information and on-page interaction data are transmitted to Google.
- Where necessary, your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with our hosting, communications, security, accounting and legal service providers, with authorized staff of the Yaşmak Hotel Collection hotels and Olive Anatolian Restaurant who need access to perform their duties, and with legally authorized public authorities.
Because of Google services, your data may be processed outside Türkiye. Any international transfer is assessed under Article 9 of the KVKK and carried out only when an applicable transfer condition and safeguard is in place.
7. Retention
We keep form data for the period required by your request and the related service, applicable statutory obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. At the end of that period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our retention and disposal rules.
